摘要
用流延法制备壳聚糖(CTS)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混膜然后进行二缩三乙二醇(TTG)交联处理。用红外光谱对交联的共混膜进行了表征,测试了膜的力学性能和吸水性。研究结果表明,交联作用明显提高了膜的抗张强度和抗水性,该交联膜有望用作可控降解生物医用材料。
Chitosan polyvinyl alcohol films,prepared successfully by solution method,were cross-linked with triethylene-glycol as cross-linker.The films were studied for the intermolecular interactions by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy.Mechanical properties and water adsorption percent of the films were measured.The results from mechanical properties measurement showed that the tensile strength of the cross-linked films was considerately improved.The new cross-linked chitosan polyvinyl alcohol films are expected to be used as controllable degradation biomaterials.
