摘要
研究设计了一种玉米秸秆放铺机构,确定了机构的主要结构参数,阐述了机构的结构组成和工作原理。应用三维设计软件Solidworks对放铺机构进行仿真建模,应用运动仿真分析软件Cosmosmotion对放铺机构进行了运动仿真分析。结果得出位移—时间曲线,并由此曲线准确提出所设计的放铺机构能够实现的功能以及改进各项功能的方法。
This paper studied and designed one kind of cornstalks stacking mechanism,determined the main structural parameters and explained the motion principle of this mechanism.By applying the three-dimensional design software Solidworks,the three-dimensional model of this mechanism was built.Simulation analysed the main motion feture of this mechanism by application of motion simulation analysis software cosmosmotion.Obtained the displacement-time curve and placed the main function this mechanism actually achieved and proposed various methods for improving this function.
