摘要
残膜回收处理是世界各国面临的一个棘手问题,原国家科委已将残膜回收机的研制列为"九五"攻关项目,可见机械化实现残膜回收在国家农业发展上的重要性。为此,主要针对一种新型拾膜机的关键部件—集膜轮进行了运动学分析,建立其运动以及受力模型,并通过模型运动曲线来观察集膜轮的具体工作情况及相关的机构运动可行性,为后续整机设计和参数优化奠定基础。
It has been a difficult question for many countries around the world to removal the residual mulch for many years.And in china the research and producing of the removal machine has been set as a national key scientific and technological project in 1995.In this paper,the kinematic analysis on the significant component of a new mulch removal working in the form of winding has been introduced,and the math model has been established.The working process,trajectory of the teeth and something details can be perceived via the math model.This section will build a confirm fundamentation for the optimization of parameters of the machine later.
