摘要
研究了犁体曲面的设计以及制造犁铧、犁壁的压形胎具、铸模和检验样板的数控加工方法。通过分析,建立了犁体曲面的数学模型,基于Pro/Engineer构造了犁体曲面的实体,在已建立的实体基础上,研究犁体曲面的数控加工方法。利用CAXA制造工程师软件进行了数控加工过程的仿真,生成了适合V600A加工中心加工的G代码程序。这种设计方法弥补了平面作图设计中的不足和缺陷,为数控加工和分析犁体曲面形状的几何参数与耕后质量和所耕土壤的物理力学性质、耕速、阻力和功率消耗奠定了基础。实践表明,该方法是可行的,能够满足犁体设计和制造的要求,可应用于其它农业机械零件的数字化设计和制造,可对其它类型犁体曲面设计加工提供参考依据。
This article has studied the plow body curved surface design method as well as the manufacture plough share,the moldboard pressure shape molds,the mold and the examination model numerical control processing method.Through the analysis,has established the plow body curved surface mathematical model,in Pro /Engineer the structure plow body curved surface full-scale mockup,in the entity foundation which already established,studied the plow body curved surface the numerical control processing method,made engineer using CAXA the software to carry on the numerical control processing process simulation,produced has suited V600A the processing center processing the G code procedure.This design method has made up in the plane mapping design insufficiency and the flaw,after ploughed the quality for the numerical control processing and the analysis plow body curved surface shape geometry parameter,ploughs the soil physics mechanical properties,ploughs fast,the resistance and the power dissipation has laid the foundation.Indicated this method is feasible,can satisfy the plow body design and the manufacture request,may apply in other farm machinery components design and the digitized manufacture.This method provides the reference to other type plow body curved surface design processing.
