高速气吸式精密播种机的研制与开发

针对目前精密播种机与大功率拖拉机配套不合理的问题,研究设计了一种高速气吸式精密播种机。该机播种作业速度在8km/h以上,结合黑龙江省播种农艺要求既可双条播种大豆又可单条播种玉米、甜菜、向日葵、白瓜子和红豆等多种作物;既可平播起垄作业又可垄播扶垄作业。该系列机型有6～11行,分别与58.8～161.7kW拖拉机配套。该机器播种作业质量好、效率高,大大地降低了用户的劳动生产成本和播种时间,有利于抢农时、提高粮食产量,深受用户欢迎。

In order to resolve the problem that powerful tractor don＇t match the precision seeder,the high speed precision suction seeder was designed.Working speed of it is over 8km /h.It can be used to sow soybean in two rows and sow many crops in one row,for example,corn,beet,helianthus,white melon seeds and red bean.It can be used for sowing and ridging not only on flat field,but also on ridge.This series of seeders are from 6 to 11 rows,and match tractors with power from 58.8 to 161.7kW respectively.More than 400 seeders have been sold by now in Heilongjiang.This kind of seeder has advantages of high planting quality and efficiency,it can reduce the working cost and time greatly and it is very useful for taking the farming season and raising grain yield.So it is very popular with users.
