摘要
枸杞烘干窑的温湿度控制属于解耦控制,解耦控制器的性能将影响枸杞烘干工艺的实施和烘干装置的热效率。为此,依据枸杞烘干窑温湿度控制的数学模型,结合烘干窑的工作原理,设计了相应的温湿度解耦控制器。同时,对其控制稳定性进行了模拟评价。
The controlling of temperature and humidity of medlar drying is a kind of decoupling control.The function of decoupling controller can affect the implement of medlar drying process and thermal efficiency.The paper designs the corresponding decoupling controller of temperature and humidity according to the mathematical model of temperature and humidity controlling in medlar drying kiln.It is also designed concerning the operating principle of drying kiln.The controlling stability is evaluated simulately.
