摘要 首先分析了搬运机械手控制系统的要求,然后进行了可编程控制器I/O点的分配、编写了PLC控制程序、绘制了原理图;同时,实现了PLC与上位计算机组态王软件的通讯、设备的连接与配置、数据库的构造、图形界面的设计和动画连接的建立等;最后运行系统并调试成功。本设计利用工控组态软件实现对搬运机械手的运行过程进行监控和管理,这对提高生产过程的自动化控制水平有着重大的意义。 Firstly,the transportable manipulator control system is integrally analyzed,the distribution of the programmable controller I /O points were accomplished,control procedure of the transportable manipulator control system were compiled,the schematic diagrams were draw.And the communication between PLC and configuration software on computer,the attachment and deployment of devices,the composition of database,the design of figure interface,the establishment of connection of the animation as well as its running script were studied and set up in this thesis.Finally,run and the debugging is successful.In this design,King view software and PLC hardware were integrated to achieve the goals of designing a control system of the manipulator model,which is quite important to average up the automation controlling of the course of production.
