牡丹压花热风干燥特性及动力学模型研究 被引量:9

摘要 研究牡丹压花热风干燥过程,对不同干燥温度和不同干燥板孔密度下的牡丹压花进行感官评分,探讨干燥温度以及干燥板孔密度对牡丹压花艺术美观性的影响规律。基于牡丹压花热风干燥特性,采用二次正交回归试验设计,拟合干燥模型系数n,K与干燥温度和干燥板孔密度之间的关系,建立牡丹压花热风干燥的数学模型。比较理论值和实际测定值,两者吻合良好,说明Page模型适合用来描述牡丹压花热风干燥过程。 The hot air drying procedure of pressed peony was studied.Pressed peony at different temperature and with different board's hole density was evaluated,and the influence of temperature and board's hole density to the artistic beauty of pressed peony was summarized in this thesis.According to the characteristics of pressed peony by hot air,quadratic orthogonal regression design was adopted to connect modeling coefficients n and K with temperature and drying board's hole density,and mathematical model of pressed peony drying by hot-air was established by statistical analysis.After comparison,the difference between the speculated result and the calculated value was subtle,so page model is suitable for describing the drying process of pressed peony by hot air.
