摘要
玉米游离脂肪酸含量是判断玉米存储品质的重要指标。为此,提出了基于颜色传感器的玉米游离脂肪酸含量检测方法可实现现场快速检测。研究在提取玉米游离脂肪酸时使用了AOT-异辛烷溶液,较好地解决了常规有机溶剂提取游离脂肪酸的同时会提取出玉米色素的问题;同时,优化得到了玉米游离脂肪酸最佳提取及显色参数;构建了BP神经网络检测模型。研究结果表明:用基于颜色传感器的玉米游离脂肪酸含量检测方法来判断玉米陈化情况的正确率高达96.7%。
Content of free fatty acid in corn is a important index of storage quality of corn.The rapid detection method for content of free fatty acid in corn based on color sensor can be used in spot.A solution blended with bis(2-ethyl) hexyl sulfosuccinate (AOT) and isooctane in the suitable ratio was used in extracting free fatty acids.The method can avoid that corn pigment was done synchronously as free fatty acids was extracted.The optimization parameters in extracting free fatty acid in corn and in colorimetry were obtained.A BP neural network was built.The experimentation results show that accuracy of estimating corn aging by the measured content of free fatty acid in corn based on color sensor is 96.7% 。
