摘要
从理论上阐述了价值工程的目标，指出价值工程的核心和基础，如何运用价值工程学的价值观，指导标准化经济效果的定量分析和利用最佳功能匹配进行标准化经济效果的综合分析。
The aim of value engineering was expounded from the view of theory. It’s core and basis were pointed out. How to direct quantitative analysis of standardized economic benefit by use of concept of value engineering, and synthetically analyze standardized benefit with optimum function matching were also raised.
