喷雾器可靠性试验台设计

喷雾器质量的好坏直接关系到操作者的生命安全,也关系到农作物的生产安全和综合效益。我国手动喷雾器量大面广,应用普遍。为考核喷雾器的耐久性,检验其工作可靠性,设计了专门试验台。该试验台采用调速电机直联高传动比的蜗轮减速器驱动曲柄连杆机构,实现机械代替人工的自动化作业。该试验台还设置机具过载保护控制电路和自动计数显示功能。试验台具有结构紧凑、轻小方便、运行平稳和使用可靠等特点。

The quality of the sprayer has the direct relation with the life safety of the operator,also with the crop produce safety and its synthesis benefits.China has large number and widespread application manual sprayer,In order to inspect the durability and reliability of the sprayer,the special test-bed was designed.It used direct high-speed electric transmission ratio of turbine-driven cranklinkage reducer to achieve the auto-operation.instead of the manual operation.It also has set up overload protection setup and automatic counting displaying,and the whole test-bed is compact structure,dapper and convenience,steadily running,reliable.
