摘要
大垄双行地膜覆盖栽培技术的广泛应用和推广,对农业增产、农业增收起到了重要作用,但同时也造成了白色污染。发展残膜回收机是治理残膜污染和保护作物生长环境的有效途径之一。为此,设计了一种可以同时完成拾膜和起茬两项作业的拾膜机器;介绍了卷绕式拾膜机的总体结构和工作原理,并建立虚拟样机,运用ANSYS对机架进行有限元分析。其结果证明,整机结构设计比较合理,受力比较均匀。
With the spreading application of cultivation technique of covering with plastic film on each large ridge with two rows,the agricultural economy has been being promoted enormously.Studying and developing the technique of mulch removal is becoming one effective way to deal with the issue of earth pollution due to the remaining plastic membrane.In this paper,a new kind of mulch removal has been designed which can complete removing plastic mulch and lifting stubbles simultaneously,and the working theory and the whole structure has been introduced.The 3D prototype has been established and the machine’s frame platform has been analyzed with the technique of finite element on the ANSYS platform.
