摘要
提出了包衣设备控制系统的一种新设计方法,即以AVR单片机为控制核心,结合RS-485通信及USS通信协议和相应软件、变频装置、相关传感器及相应的执行元器件对包衣作业全程进行自动控制,提高了种子包衣的质量和效益。
The paper provides a new designing method for seed coater so as to enhance the requirement of quality and effectiveness of seed coating.The designing is hearted by AVR microcontroller with RS-485 communications,USS communication protocol and other unites such as transducer,sensors,operating components and software,which are to realize the full automatic controlling of the coating processes.
