Traffic Organization and Impact Analysis on Large-Scale and Comprehensive Urban Construction Project

城市大型综合建设项目集住宅、商业、办公、娱乐等功能于一体,交通需求特点复杂、交通影响评价较为特殊。通过定量测算和定性分析论证的方法,结合苏州市2006-B-30号地块,提出了城市大型综合建设项目的交通影响分析流程,为制定交通组织方案提供参考,以支撑项目目标的实现。

Firstly,the large-scale and comprehensive urban construction project integrates many functions together,such as the residential function,commercial function,office function and environment function.The features of its traffic demand are complicated;therefore,the traffic impact assessment is relatively unique.Secondly,relating to the 2006-B-30 block of Suzhou,the process flow of traffic impact analysis on large-scale and comprehensive urban construction project is proposed by quantitative measurement and qualitative analysis.The analysis provides references for traffic organization strategies so as to realize project objectives.
