For the characteristics of the effective teaching and professional features of industrial design,the paper gives a comparison study on two 3-D assistant softwares,between Pro/E and SolidWorks.And the research of the important points for the difference of their function,ease of use and expressive ability,making a choice of 3-D assistant software with universal function for the education of indus-trial design.
