摘要
目的比较CT和X线检查诊断脊椎胸腰段爆裂骨折的作用。方法 53例脊椎爆裂骨折患者进行X线检查和CT扫描检查。结果脊椎X线正侧位片和CT证实53例患者共有65个椎节爆裂骨折。CT与X线诊断诊断胸腰椎骨折与手术诊断符合率分别为54.7%和86.6%,在统计学上有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)。结论 CT诊断的准确率高于X线诊断。
Objective To compare the effect of computerized tomography scanning and X ray exa-mination on diagnosing vertebrae thoracic waist segments bursting fracture.Methods 53 cases patients with vertebrae thoracic waist segments bursting fracture were made CT scanning and X ray examination.Results 65 pieces vertebrae bursting fracture in 53 cases patients were confirmed by X ray normal lateral projection and CT.Compared to operation diagnose,accordance rates of CT scan-ning and X ray examination respectively were 54.7% and 86.6%（P0.01）.Conclusion Diagnose accurate rate of CT was higher than X ray examination.
