摘要
目的探讨老干部人群(≥60岁)高尿酸血症(Hum)患者的临床特点。方法以2008年9月-2009年3月在我院健康体检且资料完整的989例老干部为研究对象,比较高尿酸血症组与正常尿酸组的临床指标。结论老年人高尿酸血症发病率高,高尿酸血症与多种疾病相关,应重视高尿酸血症的筛查。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of hyperuricemia and the concomitant diseases in an elder population （≥ 60 years） in Harbin area. Methods A total of 989 elder people with complete clinical data were recruited in our hospital from September 2008 to March 2009. The clinical features were compared between the people with hyperuricemia and those without.Conclusion The prevalence of hyperuricemia significantly increased with advanced age, and hyperuricemia was associated with the risk of cardiovasculard iseases.
