摘要 根据整车动力传动系统一体化控制技术发展的需要,提出了基于牵引力需求的高压共轨柴油机喷油量控制方法,详细讨论了其燃油喷射量的算法和控制原理。结合国产SUV车用增压直喷柴油机,针对汽车起步加速过程中对牵引力需求所确定的发动机目标转矩,标定了对应的喷油量,结果表明所标定的转矩与目标值吻合很好。 To meet the need for the development of integrated control technology of vehicle powertrain system,a control method of fuel injection quantity for diesel engine with high-pressure common rail system based on required traction is put forward,and the calculation method and control principle of fuel injection quantity are discussed in-detail.Taking the turbocharged direct injection diesel engine of a SUV as an example,and according to the target engine torque determined by required traction in the process of vehicle starting and acceleration,the corresponding fuel injection quantity is calibrated.The results show that the calibrated torque well agrees with target torque.
