摘要 考虑了膜片弹簧与压盘和支承环之间的接触、摩擦等实际因素,建立了膜片弹簧大端受载的精确有限元模型,分析得到膜片弹簧的载荷-位移特性和应力-位移特性。通过与试验结果的对比,表明有限元分析得到的结果比传统的A-L公式计算结果更精确,可用于膜片弹簧的实际设计。 An accurate finite element model of diaphragm spring is established with a consideration of practical factors such as contact and friction between diaphragm spring against press plate and supporting ring.Force-displacement characteristics and stress-displacements characteristics of diaphragm spring are obtained by finite element analysis.The comparison with experiment results indicates that the results of finite element analysis are closer to the results of experiment,so are more accurate than those obtained from the calculation with traditional A-L formula,and can be used in practical design of diaphragm spring.
