摘要
为了测量大型起重机械关键部位的应变,本文设计了一套门式起重机的实验模拟系统,通过实验测得其关键部位的应变,获得反射波长与应变的相关系数,并将所测应变与高精度应变计的测量结果相比较。实验证明,这种FBG应变传感器测得的应变与门式起重机实际的应变很接近,其反射波长和应变具有很好的相关性。可应用于现实工程中起重机械的应变测量。
In order to measure the strain of large-scale lifting appliances,an experimental simulation system of gantry crane was designed in this article.The correlation coefficient of reflection wavelength and strain via experiment was obtained after measusing its strain of key parts,and the comparison between measured strain and high precision strain gauge was made.Experimental results showed that the strain measured by the FBG strain sensor was very close to the actual strain of gantry crane.The FBG strain sensor could obtain better correlation coefficient of reflection wavelength and strain.It could be applied to the strain measurement of lifting appliances in practical engineering.
