摘要
目的对沙门菌进行血清学鉴定,并总结分析沙门菌对不同抗菌药物的药敏试验结果及耐药情况。方法对我地区2008年12月至2010年2月分离的96株沙门菌进行血清学鉴定,并对其对不同抗菌药物药敏试验结果及耐药性进行数据处理。结果通过位相变异法12株菌株第2相H抗原凝集均呈阳性,分别鉴定出山夫登堡沙门菌33株、鼠伤寒沙门菌12株、德尔卑沙门菌25株、猪霍乱沙门菌8株、阿贡纳沙门菌2株、汤卜逊沙门菌2株和伦敦沙门菌1株、科鲍尔沙门氏菌、吉韦沙门氏菌和戈尔查沙门氏菌各1株。沙门菌对头孢噻肟的耐药率为0,而对环丙沙星、氨曲南耐药率仅仅为6.25%、9.37%,但对链霉素的耐药率最高,达63.54%,应引起重视。结论须提高对医院感染的监测,及时掌握细菌耐药的最新动态,以避免抗菌药物的滥用,为合理使用抗生素提供依据。
Objective Serological identification of Salmonella,and analyzed the different Salmonella antimicrobial susceptibility test results and drug resistance.Methods A region in December 2008 to February 2010 years,separated 96 serological identification of Salmonella and its susceptibility to different antimicrobial drug resistance test results and data processing.Results Of phase variation of 12 strains of H antigen phase 2 were positive agglutination,bacteria were identified out of the mountains Fudengbaosha door 33,and 12 strains of Salmonella typhimurium,Salmonella derby 25 strains,8 strains of Salmonella choleraesuis,agona 2,Tom Thomson Bu 2 and London Salmonella Salmonella 1,Ke Baoer Salmonella,Jiwei Salmonella Salmonella and check each one Al Gore.Salmonella resistance to cefotaxime was 0,while ciprofloxacin,aztreonam resistance rate was only 6.25%,9.37%,but the highest rate of resistance to streptomycin,up 63.54 percent,should be attention.Conclusion To improve the monitoring of hospital infections,bacterial resistance to grasp the latest trends,in order to avoid the abuse of antibiotics,to provide the basis for the rational use of antibiotics.
