纤维内镜检查在鼻咽喉疾病中的应用

Fiber Endoscopy in Diseases of Nose and Throat

目的探讨纤维内镜在检查鼻咽喉疾病方面的临床应用。方法通过对我院2001年3月至2009年3月的148例患者进行纤维内镜检查,分析其诊断结果。结果本组148例鼻咽喉疾病患者经纤维内镜检查诊断,137例诊断准确,确诊率达到92.3%,且无检查创伤。结论纤维内镜对鼻咽喉疾病的诊断率高,操作简单,经济实用,可以临床推广。

Objective To investigate the fiber endoscopy in the nose and throat diseases,examination of the clinical application.Methods Through our hospital in March 2001 to 2009 year in March,148 patients underwent endoscopy examination,analysis of their diagnosis.Results Of 148 cases of nose and throat disease diagnosed by endoscopy,137 patients were diagnosed accurate diagnosis rate of 92.3%.And no checks trauma.Conclusion Endoscopy of the nose and throat diseases,the diagnosis rate,simple operation,economical and practical,may be in clinic.
