摘要肠病毒71型（enterovirus71,EV71）是小RNA病毒科肠道病毒属的成员。此病毒的流行范围遍及全球,1981年我国首次报告了手足口病（hand foot and mouth disease,HFMD）疫情。近年来,EV71病毒的流行在亚太地区呈上升趋势,1998年台湾地区暴发EV71的大流行,约有30万以上的人被感染。
