航海类轮机工程专业船舶认识实习的探讨

Discussion of Marine Engineering Trainee's Cognizance Practice in Ship

目前船舶认识实习存在学生对实习的意义认识不够、教学设施不足、环境恶劣、动手锻炼的机会少、监管力度不够等问题,分类分析上述问题,提出了改革评价考核方向、提高学生认识、加大教学投入、改进教学方法、尽量安排动手机会、合理配置师资等相应的改进措施,保证实习质量,提高轮机工程学生船舶认识实习效果。

Through instructing marine engineering trainee to participate in cognizance practice in ship for several years,the author has analyzed the problems of the cognizance practice in ship,and put forward the corresponding betterments to ensure the practice process all right,and to improve the effect of the practice.
