单纤维表面尘粒捕集随机模拟程序实现

摘要 纤维过滤介质表面尘粒沉积形成树枝状堆积结构,即"粉尘树状结构",对纤维过滤性能具有重要影响。基于Wang提出的随机模拟方法和表征单纤维周围绕流特征的Kuwabara流场,建立单纤维过滤介质表面尘粒捕集随机模拟模型,采用可视化编程语言Visual Basic 6.0开发该模型的应用软件。软件设为主窗口和参数输入窗口,用户通过参数输入窗口可输入过滤风速、纤维直径、容密度、粒子密度、粒径大小及粒径分布等过滤参数。模拟数据以ASCII形式存于临时文件中,便于origin直接调入分析。应用该软件成功实现了纤维表面尘粒捕集过程的模拟,并得到了一些有益的结果。
