脊椎椎管硬膜内肿瘤的显微手术治疗

The Study of Microscopic Treatment in Spinal Meningioma

目的探讨显微手术方法治疗脊椎椎管内肿瘤疗效。方法对30例颈、胸椎椎管内肿瘤病人在显微镜下行切除手术。结果本组26例手术全切,4例髓内肿瘤部分切除。随访30例,随访时间6个月～7年,24例术后恢复良好,1例神经功能恢复不明显,生活需他人帮助。结论显微手术是治疗椎管硬膜内肿瘤的有效方法。

Objective The puprose of this article is to discuss treatment of spinal meningioma.Methods The main approach implemented here is having abrief review and analysis of the clinic almaterials of 30 spinal meningioma cases.Results Among these 30 cases,complete removal was achieved in 26 patients,and subtotal in 4.The follow-up was carried for 6monthsto7years,the average time of which is 3 years and ahalf and no recurrences cases.Conelusion Spinal meningioma is a kind of benign tumors.
