摘要
目的:为了对银杏外种皮不同提取分离工艺得到的产品中银杏黄素进行定性和定量检测。方法:采用TLC法,以氯仿-苯-丙酮-甲酸(3:5:1.5:1.5)为展开剂进行展开,分离银杏外种皮双黄酮类化合物,并用HPLC法进行含量测定。结果:银杏外种皮双黄酮类化合物可达到较好的分离检测效果。结论:本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于银杏外种皮双黄酮类化合物的分离和含量测定。
To establish a method for the separation and content determination of Ginkgetin in Testa of Ginkgo biloba L..Methods:Biflavonoids was separated from Testa of Ginkgo biloba L.by TLC.The developing solvent consisted of chloroform,benzene,acetone and methane acid(3:5:1.5:1.5).The content determination of Biflavonoids in Testa of Ginkgo biloba L.was by HPLC.Results:The Biflavonoids in Ttesta of Ginkgo biloba L.were separated well by TLC.Conclusion:The method is fast,reliable,accurate and can be used in the separation and content determination of Biflavonoids in Testa of Ginkgo biloba L..
