氯雷他啶联合丙酸倍氯米松喷雾剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘

Loratadine combined Beclomethasone dipropionate aerosol in the treatment of cough variant asthma

目的:评价氯雷他啶联合丙酸倍氯米松喷雾剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法:将我院2007年4月～2009年4月收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者120例随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例,对两组的疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组有效率为90.0%,对照组为61.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氯雷他啶联合丙酸倍氯米松喷雾剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效确切。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of Loratadine combined Beclomethasone dipropionate aerosol in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods：From April 2007 to April 2009 in our hospital,120 patients of cough variant asthma were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,each of 60 patients,the efficacy of two groups were compared.Results：The effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%,and the control group was 61.5%,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Loratadine combined Beclomethasone dipropionate aerosol in the treatment of cough variant asthma has a definite therapeutic effect.
