血标本采集方法对放射免疫分析甲状腺激素的影响

Method of blood sample collection to influence on the result of detection of thyroxine with radioimmunity analysis

目的:分析血标本采集方法对放射免疫分析甲状腺激素的影响。方法:运用不同的采血管保存血标本,运用放射免疫法分析对甲状腺激素检测的影响;比较轻度溶血与重度溶血对放射免疫法分析甲状腺激素的影响。结果:轻度溶血对测定结果无明显影响,严重溶血对结果有影响趋势,采血管对检测结果无影响。结论:在实际工作中,应对严重溶血的标本予以注明,并尽量避免溶血的发生。

Objective：To investigate method of blood sample collection to influence on the result of detection of thyroxine with radioimmunity analysis.Methods：Blood specimen preserved by the different blood vessel had an influence on detection of thyroxine with radioimmunity analysis,and compared influence on the result of detection of thyroxine with the mild hematolysis and the serious hematolysis.Results：The mild hematolysis hadn＇t an obvious influence on the result,the serious hematolysis had an influence on the result,and the blood vessel no influence on the result.Conclusion：In the practical work,we should indicate to the serious hematolysis specimen,and avoid the hematolysis as far as possible the occurrence.
