笔者根据工作中的实践与体会,联系经济学理论知识,将成本效益分析应用于传染病医院的经济管理工作中,旨在探讨采用更适应新形势的可行的管理理论与方法,供传染病医院的经济管理人员参考,以加强医院的经济管理,有效控制医疗成本,提高医院的经济效益和社会效益,促进医院更好、更快地发展。

On the basis of author＇s experiences of financial work and economic theory,this paper tries to apply the cost benefit analysis on economic management of contagious hospital.It explores management theories that are more feasible to the new situation in order to strengthen economic management,control medical cost,improve social benefit and promote the reform of medical service.
