血清胱抑素-C测定对肾功能变化的观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解胱抑素-C在肾功能诊断中的作用。方法:采用胶乳颗粒增强的免疫散射比浊法对192份标本进行胱抑素-C测定,同时检测尿素氮、尿酸、肌酐。尿素氮采用速率法,尿酸采用尿酸酶-过氧化物酶法,肌酐采用肌氨酸氧化酶法。对胱抑素-C测定≤1.15mg/L的116例和≥1.15mg/L的76例结果分为两组:胱抑素-C正常组和胱抑素-C异常组,将两组测定值进行比较。结果:两组尿素氮、尿酸、肌酐的测定值比较,差异有统计学意义和高度统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.001)。结论:胶乳胱抑素-C对肾功能早期损伤及损害程度检测是一个灵敏、特异、稳定、简便的检测方法。
