摘要
酒店管理专业学生到旅游企业实习是学校完成教学计划、旅游企业缓解旺季用工压力和降低人力资源成本双方合作共赢的选择。以广州的酒店实习校企合作为研究对象,分析了企业与学校在实习目的、岗位安排、计划制定等方面的矛盾,并从学校、学生、企业的角度,提出了实施对等合作、深化教学改革、明确实习目标等解决方法。
With the rapid development of China's tourism industry,tourism education has been an unprecedented development.Tourism management as very practical applied disciplines,to improve students' ability of practice,it is important to arrange internship for students in tourism enterprises.Tourism enterprise to receive tourism professional interns as a way to ease the peak season employment pressure and reduce of human resources cost,therefore,the cooperation between enterprises and institutions tends to a win-win option.Take Guangzhou's school-enterprise cooperation as the research object,analyzes the conflicts of purposes in the internship,job arrangements,plans and other aspects between enterprise and school,puts forward some solutions,such as the implementation of reciprocal cooperation,deepen teaching reform and define internship objectives from the views of schools,students,enterprises.
