Environmental Transformation and Its New Requirements to the Professional Competence Training of the Postgraduates

研究生培养是在特定的环境中进行的。研究生培养环境既包括宏观环境,也包括微观环境。党的十一届三中全会以来,研究生培养环境发生了很大的变化。研究生培养环境的变化,要求我们必须关注研究生发展潜力细分工作;要求我们在强化研究生专业能力培养的同时,拓展他们的职业能力;要求我们加强研究生思想政治教育,强化他们的责任意识。

Postgraduate education is executed in given environments,including both the macro environment and the micro one.Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of CPC,there had been great changes in the postgraduate education environment.It requires us to pay heed to categorizing the postgraduates＇potential development.It urges us to try to produce postgraduates with professional skills while improving their research capability.And it alerts us to promote ethical education for the purpose of reinforcing their sense of duty.
