构建“分类培养”的成人高等教育人才培养模式

Research and Practice of Talents Training Mode of Higher Education for Adult

本文以人力资源市场需求变化为背景,在遵循成人教育基本规律的基础上,探索成人高等教育"分类培养"的人才培养模式。从培养目标、课程体系的设置、教学内容以及考核方法等方面提出了改革的设想并进行了初步的实践,以期勾勒、构建出一个符合新形势要求的成人高等教育人才培养模式。

Market of our human resources is changing in new situation,which has proposed new requirements for knowledge structure,ability and quality of talents in higher education for adult.Also,shortcomings of the existing ＂single＂ or ＂theoretical＂ talents training mode become increasingly evident.Some research subjects become an urgent need just in front of higher education workers： pace of reform in higher education for adult has to be accelerated,talents training mode of higher education for adult has to be innovated,more and better high-quality talents have to be trained.Background in changes in market demand of human resources,this paper does exploration into the ＂classification training＂ mode of higher education for adult,in complying with the basic laws of adult education.Idea and preliminary practice of reform are put forward,from the training objectives,curriculum system,teaching contents and assessment methods,in order to outline and build a new talents training mode of higher education for adult,which could meet the requirements for new situation.
