Formative evaluation is a kind of evalutive mode which aims at responsing to the undergraduates＇ behave to improve and promote their later study.Thourgh the feasibility analysis of putting the formative evaluation into practise of undergraduates＇ career development and planning,we will explore a new mode combining formative evaluation,training projection,practical activity and nurturing underguaduates＇ makings,so as to outstand the undergraduates＇ mainstatus and subjective consciousness in study.
