摘要
企业竞争的本质是人才的竞争,开放条件下的商业银行竞争环境发生了很大变化,银行业全面对外资开放,不仅外资银行开始经营人民币业务,国内较大的商业银行也开始在海外并购。国内银行业本身的竞争日益激烈,不仅体现在传统的存款和贷款业务的争夺,在中间业务创新和表外业务方面的竞争也更加激烈。由于竞争的对象和规则发生了变化,建立人才储备战略的必要性大大增强。
The nature of business competition is talent competition.The competitive environment of commercial banks has changed greatly under the opening up conditions.The banking sector fully opens to foreign investors.Foreign banks started to operate RMB business,and domestic commercial banks began to merge in overseas.The banking industry itself is increasingly full and intense competition,not only in the traditional competition for deposits and loans,but also in the intermediary services innovation and balance-sheet business.Because the objects and rules of competition changed,the need for the establishment of strategic talent pool greatly increases.
