摘要
英语词汇的丰富性和词义的灵活性、多样性所造成的词义交叉现象,给英文标识语的理解造成了不小的困惑。只有把握了词汇的聚合及关联规律,才能真正理解标识语的含义。基于应用语言学的研究方法,探讨英文标识语中的词义交叉现象,有着重要的意义。
Due to the richness of the vocabularies,the flexibility and the complexity on words meaning,the cross meaning on words,it is not so easy to understand public signs in English.Only after we have mastered the vocabulary polymerization and related rules,can we get a better understanding of the public signs in English.According to the research method of linguistics,this article aims to make a study of the cross meaning on words of the public signs in English.
