摘要
目的研究广西西部地区高尿酸血症人群空腹血糖受损(IFG)特点及其相关危险因素。方法对体检发现的1690例高尿酸血症患者和778例尿酸正常患者,进行口服75g葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)测定空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(FINS)和糖负荷后2h血糖(2hPG)、2h胰岛素(2hIns);检测空腹血甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、瘦素等;测量身高、体重、腰围、臀围,计算体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、HOMA-IR;同时进行问卷调查。结果 (1)高血尿酸组BMI、FBS、FINS、瘦素、HDL-C、LgHOMA-β均高于正常对照组且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)高血尿酸组中IFG占14.85%,而正常组仅为2.24%;与正常对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)采用非条件多因素logistic回归分析,发现在高尿酸血症人群中空腹血糖受损相关危险因素为:家族史、年龄、BMI、WHR、TG和每月饮食支出,以WHR和每月饮食支出跟IFG的关系尤为明显。结论我地区高尿酸血症人群IFG的发生率显著高于尿酸正常组;且WHR和每月饮食支出的升高明显促进IFG发生。因此高尿酸血症人群要注意改变饮食和不良生活习惯,这可降低糖尿病的发病率。
Objective To study the characteristic and risk factors of impaired fasting glucose (IFG) of hyperuricemia among the population of our area. Methods The total of 1690 cases of hyperuricemia and 778 adult normal people were investigated.To detected the FBG,FINS,2hPG,2hIns,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,Leptin and to measure the height,weight,waistline,hip circumference,BMI,WHR,HOMA-IR after test of OGTT. Results BMI,FBS,FINS,Leptin,HDL-C and LgHOMA-β in hyperuricemia group were significantly increased compared with the normal group (P0.05); The prevalence of IFG in hyperuricemia group was 14.85% and normal group prevalence was 2.24%,The prevalence of IFG in hyperuricemia group were significantly increased compared with the normal group(P0.01);Multivariate logistic analysis identified these risk factors,which were family history,age,BMI,WHR,TG and food and drink spend associated with IFG. special associated with WHR and food and drink spend. Conclusion The prevalence of IFG in hyperuricemia group were significantly increased compared with the normal group respectively; risk factors WHR and food and drink spend were special associated with IFG. So the hyperuricemia among the population of western area in Guangxi must change their food and drink spend and habits in life.
