摘要 目的评价DR与MSCT在耳蜗植入术后的评估价值。方法对15例耳蜗植入术后的患者分别进行DR和MSCT检查。DR采用改良Stenver位拍片,MSCT采用高分辨骨算法重建。所得数据传至工作站分别应用容积再现、最大强度投影、多平面重建和曲面重建等技术进行三维重建。结果 15例中,DR仅有3例可大致判断电极位于耳蜗内,1例位于耳蜗外,其余11例均无法判断是否位于耳蜗内。MSCT显示1例电极远端未进入耳蜗内,1例电极误置进入颈动脉管内,1例电极在耳蜗底圈内明显扭曲、返折。12例电极在耳蜗内走行正常。结论 DR对耳蜗植入术后的评估价值有限,而MSCT具有更高的评估价值,可作为耳蜗植入术后的常规评价手段。 Objective To evaluate the value of direct digital radiography (DR) and multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in the Postoperative Cochlear Implantation. Methods DR and MSCT examinations were performed respectively in 15 cases with Postoperative cochlear implantation. The modified Stenver view was performed by DR,high-resolution bone algorithm for reconstruction was used by MSCT. The acquired data was transferred to the workstation for three-dimensional reconstruction by volume rendering (VR),maximum intensity projection(MIP) and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and curve reconstruction(CR). Results Of all the 15 cases,only 3 cases with the electrode into the cochlea and 1 case with the electrode out of the cochlea could be determined roughly by DR,the electrode of remaining 11 cases were unable to determined whether into the cochlea. MSCT showed The distal electrode out of the cochlea(n=1 case),the electrode misplacement into the carotid canal(n=1 case) and the signif icantly distorted and folded back electrode(n=1 case) in the bottom turn of the cochlea was revealed by MSCT. The running electrodes were normal into the cochlea in remaining 12 cases. Conclusion Assessment value of DR is limited in the Postoperative Cochlear Implantation,while MSCT has a higher value as a routine assessment method.
