产前宣教对降低社会因素剖宫产率的作用分析

目的讨论产前宣教对降低社会因素剖宫产率的作用。方法根据门诊病历,接受和未接受产前宣教的出院产妇,分别作对照组和研究组。统计各自的剖宫产率,进行比较。结果对照组的社会因素剖宫产率明显高于研究组,两者有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在降低社会因素剖宫产率方面,产前宣教作用明显。

Objective To discuss the effect of prenatal education on reducing social factors cesarean rate. Methods According to the out-patient medical records,Take the discharged parturient who received prenatal education and the discharged parturient who didn＇t receive prenatal education as control group and study group,numerate and compare their cesarean rate. Results the cesarean rate of the control group is signifi cantly higher than the cesarean rate of the study group,The two groups have obviously statistical difference （P0.05）. Conclusion Prenatal education has obvious effect on reducing social factors cesarean rate.
