中医药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效观察

目的探讨中医药浴联合NB-UVB治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效。方法 95例分为3组,治疗组35例予NB-UVB照射,同时中医药浴;对照1组33例予NB-UVB照射;对照2组30例予中医药浴。结果治疗组有效率为97.14%,对照1组为81.82%,对照2组为80.00%;治疗组疗效明显高于对照1组和2组;治疗组和对照组治疗后评分明显低于治疗前,各组治疗前后比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论中医药浴联合NB-UVB治疗银屑病疗效优于单独使用NB-UVB治疗组及单独中医药浴组,副作用少。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of NB-UVB combined with traditional Chinese medical herbs bath in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 35cases in the treatment group were treated with NB-UVB,combined with traditional Chinese medical herbs bath.33 cases in control group I with were treated with NB-UVB,and 30 cases in control group II were treated with traditional Chinese medical herbs bath. Results The effective rates in the treatment group and the control groups were 97.14%,81.82% and 80.00% respectively. The scores became lower after treatment in the treatment group and control groups respectively. There was distinct difference between the treatment group and control groups（P0.01）.The adverse events were drying and itching but it was bearable. Conclusion The treatment of narrowband UVB combined with traditional Chinese medical herbs bath in psoriasis was superior to the use of NB-UVB or traditional Chinese medical herbs bath. There were rarely adverse events.
