摘要
拉深成形是板料成形中非常重要的成形方法。在拉深过程中力加载速度对产品的质量影响非常大。利用声发射技术检测了不同力加载速度状态的拉深过程。对试验中产生的声发射信号进行分析,试验结果表明:不同力加载速度状态下,拉深中产生声发射信号具有非常大的区别,随着力加载速度的增大,拉深过程中声发射信号中能量、振铃计数、幅度参数呈上升趋势,分别由550 mV.μs增加到2700 mV.μs、600次增加到1700次、60 dB增加到78 dB。
The deep-drawing is an important forming method of plate processing.The force-loading speed has a large impact on the qualities of product in deep-drawing process,which was detected by using acoustic emission technology.The AE signals were analysed.The results show that the AE signal of deep-drawing process have a large number differentia at different force-loading speeds.With the increasing of the force-loading speed,the AE energy,ring count and amplitude is increased from 550mV·μs to 2700mV·μs,600 times to 1700 times,60dB to 78dB,respectively.
