摘要
介绍了组合框架式机身ANSYS有限元分析中常用的预紧方法。以5000 kN压力机为分析对象,采用温差法对其进行预紧仿真,并通过热-结构耦合实现;对压力机模型进行Solidworks建模后导入ANSYS软件,取其1/2模型进行有限元分析,施加适当预紧力,通过温差法计算出温差在30℃和55.2℃时的预紧力,并分析了极限载荷下的预紧效果。通过对实际检测结果分析表明该方法能够很好的模拟实际预紧力。
The common pre-tightening methods used in ANSYS finite element analysis of combination frame body were introduced.Aiming at 5000 kN press,the pre-tightening simulation was realized through the thermal-structural coupling preload temperature differential method.The press model was established through Solidworks and ANSYS software was introduced.Half of the model was analyzed by finite element analysis,appropriate pre-tightening force was exerted,the pre-tightening forces on 30 degrees and 55.2 degrees were calculated using temperature differencial method and the pre-tightening effect was analyzed under limit load.The contrastive analysis results show that this method can well simulate the actual pre-tightening force.
