摘要
同步控制系统是巨型模锻液压机上必备的关键装置,其同步控制性能的好坏将直接决定产品的质量。通过建立同步控制系统数学模型,对控制性能的一些影响因素进行了仿真实验,结果表明:由于液压系统的非线性、时变性以及通道间相互作用的存在,导致各通道的参数不能达到完全一致,引起了由系统本身固有特性差异产生的同步误差。
The synchronous control system is the essential device to the giant forging hydraulic press whose synchronization control performance quality will directly determine the quality of the product.Through establishing the synchronization control system mathematical model,simulation experiments of the influence factors were carried out and the results show that owing to the hydraulic system of nonlinear,time-variant and mutual function between channels,various channel's parameters can not be achieved exactly the same,which causes the synchronization error that is produced by the system itself inherent characteristic difference.
