基于ANSYS的桥梁支座试验机新型机架结构研究 被引量:2

摘要 运用ANSYS对120 MN桥梁支座试验机的结构方案进行了较全面的研究,分析了机架在预紧状态和中心载荷状态下的受力和变形情况。结果表明:该试验机结构方案很好地改善了应力集中现象,机架以及各部分的相对变形也较小,满足设计要求。通过讨论影响机架性能的主要因素,找出了横梁高度和垫板厚度对结构影响的规律,并在此基础上对原结构方案进行了相应的优化,得到了更经济的设计方案。 The structure of 120MN bridge bearing testing machine was researched more comprehensively by ANSYS,moreover,stress and deformation of the frame under preload and center load condition were also analyzed.The research results are as follows: this program of the testing machine improves the stress concentration greatly,the frame and its different parts have smaller deformation,which meets the design requirements.The law of beam height and plate thickness about how to impact on the structure was found through investigating two chief factors which could impact frame's performance,and on this basis,the original structure was also optimized relevantly to obtain a kind of more economical design program.
