摘要 根据冲压加工的特点,指出了生产中存在的不安全因素;介绍了自动上料和自动出件装置对冲压生产安全性、减轻工人劳动强度的重要性和必要性;设计出一种自动控制的冲压自动上料、自动出件装置及其控制系统。控制中枢采用西门子S7-200可编程控制器,上料和出件的动力源采用液压系统,通过程序控制使冲压系统有序工作。该系统还具有一定的柔性,通过必要的调整可实现多种零件的自动上料和出件。 According to the characteristics of stamping,the factors of insecurity in production were pointed out.The importance and necessity of the automatic feeding and reclaiming device to ensure the production safety and ease workers' labor intensity were introduced briefly.A kind of automatic feeding and reclaiming device and its control system were designed.Siemens S7-200 Programmable Controller was used as the center of control system.Hydraulic system was taken as power source of feeding and reclaiming.The stamping system works orderly by program controlling.The system has flexibility of production and can realize feeding and reclaiming automation for many other parts by necessary adjustments.
