摘要
采用SolidWorks和ADAMS软件建立了锻造操作机的虚拟样机模型,用虚拟样机技术对钳杆机构进行了仿真分析,精确得出操作机设计所需的重要参数,计算了夹紧力的大小和驱动力矩的变化规律,合理地减小了夹紧缸的直径,为操作机的其他部分提供了更多的设计空间。在仿真结果的基础上,采用ANSYS软件对钳臂进行了优化设计,降低了节点的最大应力值。
A parameterized virtual prototyping model of forging manipulator was built up by using SolidWorks and ADAMS.Virtual prototyping technology was used to carry out the dynamic analysis for forging manipulator.Some important parameters were obtained,and the clamping force and the laws of the actions were calculated.The diameter of hydraulic cylinder was reduced reasonably.More actions could be done for the other parts of manipulator.Based on the result of the simulation,structural optimization of the forging manipulator was carried out by ANSYS,and the maximum node stress was reduced.
