摘要
针对铝型材分流组合模中分流桥的宽度对挤压成形的影响,采用Deform-3D有限元软件对15,20,25 mm这3种不同分流桥宽度下的3003铝合金圆管挤压过程进行数值模拟,得到了挤压力、应力等物理场量的变化规律。模拟结果表明,分流桥宽度为25 mm时,应力分布最均匀,流速均衡性最好;20 mm时,模具的应力集中分布区域最小。模拟结果为模具结构的合理设计提供理论指导。
Aiming at the influence of shunting bridge width of aluminum porthole die to extrusion process,the extrusion process for three kinds of shunting bridge width(15,20,25mm)of 3003 aluminum alloy tubes were simulated by using Deform-3D software.The changes and distributions of the physical variables,such as extrusion load and stress were gained.Simulation results show that the stress distribution is evenest and the uniform flow velocity is best when the shunting bridge width is 25mm;when it is 20 mm,the regional distribution of mould's stress concentration is minimum.Simulation results provide a theoretical guidance for mould design.
