摘要
企业资源计划（ＥＲＰ）的有效实施将给企业带来深刻的变革。文章分析了ＥＲＰ系统实施不成功的原因，提出了成功应用的策略和要点。
Successful implementation of enterprises resources planning(ERP) will give penetrative changes to enterprises. In this paper, factors which cause unsuccessful implementation of ERP are analysed. Finally, strategy and key points of applying successfully are presented.
