孔雀石绿在自组装纳米银膜上的SERS 被引量:3

The SERS spectra of Malachite Green on self-assembled nano silver film

摘要 电解法制备了自组装纳米银膜。用紫外可见分光光度计和透射电镜对电解出的银胶进行了观测,并且用扫描电镜对制备好的银膜进行了表征,发现银膜上的纳米银颗粒是银胶中颗粒的二聚体和三聚体。我们得到了孔雀石绿的SERS谱,发现自组装纳米银膜对于用SERS检测孔雀石绿具有很好的增强效果,检测的下限是10-10M。另外,我们对所测不同浓度的孔雀石绿的指纹峰面积进行了分析,发现峰面积随浓度的变化有很好的线性关系,这对以后进行定量分析打下了基础。本实验说明用电解法制备的自组装纳米银膜对于检测孔雀石绿具有很好的应用前景。 The self-assembled nano film was prepared by the electrolysis method.The silver colloids were observed by the UV-vis spectrometer and the Transmission Electron Microscopy.And the nano silver film was studied by the Scanning Electron Microscopy.It can be seen that the silver particles on the nano film were the dimers and trimers of the particles in the silver colloids.The SERS spectra of the Malachite Green were gained.The spectra showed that when using the SERS to detect the Malachite Green,the self-assembled nano film can create huge enhancement signal,and the detection limit down to 10-10 M.On the other hand,the areas of the different concentrations of the Malachite Green were studied.The changes in the concentration of the Malachite Green had good liner relationship with the changes in the areas of the fingerprint pick,which can be used in study of the quantitative analysis.It can be said that using self-assembled nano silver film prepared by the electrolysis method to detect the Malachite Green has a good applied future.
